With more than 20 years of experience in the floor coverings and interior finish industry I am seasoned professional known for delivering exceptional craftsmanship, technical expertise, and customer-focused service. Over the course of two decades, I have built a strong reputation for excellence across residential, commercial, and specialized projects—consistently providing high-quality solutions that balance functionality, durability, and design.

Throughout my career, I have developed a deep knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and emerging industry trends, ranging from carpet, hardwood, laminate, tile, stone fabrication, specialty finishes, and custom design applications. Committed to a hands-on experience is complemented by strong project management skills, ensuring timely execution, adherence to specifications, and seamless coordination with designers, builders, and clients.

Eddie Daly
Co-Owner Compass Interiors
With over two decades of experience in the home building industry, flooring, and commercial and residential interiors, I’ve built my career on craftsmanship, leadership, and innovation. From my early days as a new home builder and flooring installer to serving as a Director of Production and Customer Service across multiple states, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver quality homes and exceptional customer experiences.

As Co-Owner of Compass Interiors, I lead with a focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and team growth. I’m passionate about creating systems that empower people to do their best work while driving measurable results for builders, partners, and homeowners.
Entrepreneurial by nature and grounded by experience, I approach every challenge as an opportunity to innovate and improve. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring Colorado’s outdoors with my family—fly fishing, hiking, and discovering new adventures together.
